Chicken Quesdilla

Ingredients:
2 big flour tortillas
1/2 lb boneless chicken
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper
handful your choice of grated cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
salt
handful of chopped spinach
1tbsp oil

Preperation:
Cut bell peppers, onions thin length wise and chicken into very little pieces
Saute bell peppers and onions once with little salt and oil
Saute chicken with salt and balck pepper powder using little oil
Add spinach in the end if you like the taste
Take a wide pan and place one tortilla and spread cheese and on top of it add onion bell pepper and chicken curry all over and spread some more cheese on top and cover with another tortilla of the same size and press it at ends so that it sticks with cheese
slowly carefully turn the other side and cook for 3mins
and cut the tortilla into 6 or 8 pieces as per tortilla size
serve with chopped onion, tomato , cilantro and lemon salt mix and sour cream if you like.
serve hot.
