Rice Sevai Pulihora


Ingredients:
Instant Rice Sevai 1Pack
fresh lime juice 2 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
peanuts 2 tbsp
urad dal 1tbsp
chana dal 1tbsp
mustard seeds 1 tsp
dry red chilis 3 or 4
green chilis 5 to 6
curry leaves 10
asafetida 1/2tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Preperation:
Boil water and add Rice Sevai cook for 5 minutes and take out from stove
Put it in a strainer and pour cold water and add a tea spoon of oil so that they wont be sticky
Mix lime juice and salt to the Rice Sevai and keep aside
Take a wide pan and add 2 tbs of oil
When oil heats up add mustard seeds, peanuts, chana dal and urad dal
After all the dals turn light brown add red chilis, green chilis and turmeric powder and very end add curry leaves and pinch of asfetida.
Add Rice Sevai to this and mix well and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the stove.
Mix Lime juice and salt proportionately.
