Cilantro Lime Rice:
1 cup white rice
Red Onion
2 garlic pods
half cup chopped cilantro
1tb spoon lime juice
1tb spoon Olive oil
In olive oil add sliced onion, crushed garlic and add raw rice and saute for 1minute and then add 2 cups of water for one cup of rice.
Cook until its done and at end add cilantro salt and lime juice as required.
Grilled Tilapia:
marinate fish fillet with salt, lime juice, chopped green chillis, black pepper powder and coriander powder.
Bake fish with oilve oil in the oven or in a frying pan.
