South Indian style fish fry


Ingredients:

1 pound Cat fish or Tilapia or your choice(with bone or fillets)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt(adjust as required)
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 green chilli finely chopped

Wash the fish pieces with salt and turmeric powder and water
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and add fish pieces to it
Marinate for 30 mins and in a wide pan add 2 tbsp of oil and cook the fish both sides until done. It doesn't take more than 15 mins. Cook one side properly and then turn other side. Never overcook the fish.
