Black bean Mango mexican salad


Ingredients:
1 cup black beans(soaked and cooked with salt and water or canned beans)
1 cup semi ripe mango cut in to small pieces
1 cup raw corn kernels
1 cup chopped red, yellow and green bell peppers
1 avocado ripe cut in to small pieces
1 cup cilantro chopped
1/2 cup red onions chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
optional: sliced grapes
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt (adjust as required)
optional: 1tbsp olive oil


Add all the ingredients ingredients in a bowl except avocados and keep in refrigerator for about 2 hours and add avocados before you serve otherwise they turn black.

You can eat this just as salad or serve with any kind of corn chips. No doubt this will turn everyones favorite either in parties or home.
