Easy Tomato Rice


Ingredients:

Cooked White Rice: 2 cups
Tomatoes - 2 or 3
Dry red chillis - 1
Cilantro- 1 tb sp chopped
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt  to taste
Oil - 1 tb sp
Turmeric powder - pinch
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp

Preperation:

In wok, add oil and when oil heat little bit add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, whole red chilli slit in to two pieces and when chana dal become light brown then add sliced tomatoes and close the lid and cook until they become soft. Add turmeric powder , red chilli powder and salt and add cilantro at very end and add cooked rice and mix well.

Very tasty rice in few minutes is ready for lunch box.
